Lance focuses on the representation of financial services firms in commercial office space leasing transactions. Having represented in excess of 300 hedge funds, family offices, private equity firms, investment banks, international banks and asset management tenants with their real estate needs over the years, many start-ups included, his team is intimately familiar with the technology, infrastructure, and workplace requirements of early and/or late-stage companies. He is regularly in touch with many of these New York City based entities and consistently monitors the appropriate buildings and available spaces (including subleases and off market-yet available opportunities) that would suit his clients’ needs. Additionally, he has existing relationships and real estate experiences with all of the relevant New York City based landlords and often knows about direct availabilities and subleases before they hit the market.
